Every piece is handmade with care. Small variations may occur, making each item slightly unique.
HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER TAKE?
Most orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. During busy periods or limited releases, preparation may take slightly longer.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
Orders within Bulgaria are delivered with Econt or Speedy. You will receive the necessary delivery information once your order has been prepared.
CAN I PAY ON DELIVERY?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available for orders within Bulgaria. Online card payments may also be available at checkout.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn and returned in their original condition. Personalized pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered preparation or has been dispatched, changes and cancellations might no longer be possible.
HOW DO I ATTACH MY CHARM?
Carefully pass the pin through one complete crochet loop and secure the clasp. Avoid pulling or forcing the yarn.
WILL THE CHARM FIT EVERY BAG?
The charms are designed especially for DEAR DIARY crochet bags, but they can also be attached carefully to other suitable bags, jackets or accessories.
